OUR TEAM
Thomas Wood founded Transition2Elite Sports Management in 2023, following a four-year tenure at Leeds University where he combined his academic pursuits with training at the esteemed National Triathlon Centre. His extensive network of contacts, cultivated over 15 years in elite sports, equips him to represent each triathlete uniquely. His long-term vision is to expand his work to encompass a broader spectrum of Olympic athletes.
